Account isolation

Hosted EduPanda scopes Chat History, Study Hub, Knowledge Base, Saved Notes, Quiz Bank, and supported files to the signed-in account/family. One unrelated account should not see another account’s learning data.

Learning logs

EduPanda may save learning activity and technical logs to provide the service, support review, debug errors, protect accounts, and improve product quality.

AI limitations

AI responses can be incomplete or wrong.
Students should verify important answers with trusted sources or adults.
Parents/guardians should guide use for younger students.

Privacy-first growth

Future Super Admin and activity dashboards should be owner-only, access-controlled, and designed around minimal necessary data, retention rules, and responsible review.
